We microchip dogs, cats, puppies, kittens, rabbits and ferrets, depending on the appointment and suitability. Please get in touch to confirm availability for your specific pet.
Yes. Tony has completed approved PeddyMark training and holds a Certificate of Training & Competence for microchipping dogs and small mammals.
Yes. Tony comes to your home within our coverage area, so there's no carrier, car journey or waiting room for your pet.
Prices include the home visit and microchip implantation: £40 for one pet, £50 for two, £60 for three, and £15 each for four or more. Tony provides the relevant paperwork and explains any registration steps the keeper needs to complete. If you're outside our core area a travel fee is calculated from your postcode and shown separately — you'll see your full price before you provide any contact details.
Yes, for dogs and cats in England. Dogs must be microchipped by eight weeks old, and since June 2024 cats must be microchipped by 20 weeks old, indoor cats included. Keepers must also keep their details up to date on the microchip database. An unchipped pet can lead to a fine of up to £500.
Yes. Four or more animals are £15 each, so a whole litter in one visit costs much less per puppy or kitten. Send your litter size and postcode and Tony will arrange the visit.
Only with your consent. We sometimes share educational or social media content featuring pets during the microchipping process. If you're happy for your pet to be filmed, you can opt in when you book. No faces, children, or personal details will ever be shown.
