Reviews Policy

Customers can review BrunswickBullies on Trustpilot and on any other platform where we have a listing, such as Google. Reviews are written and published by customers on those platforms, not by us.

We ask every customer for a review after their visit, with the same short message, whatever we think of how the visit went. We don't pick who to ask based on whether we expect the review to be positive, and we don't ask anyone to leave a particular rating.

We never offer anything in return for a review. That includes:

• Discounts, refunds or money off a future visit.
• A free microchip or any other free service.
• Prize draws, gifts or payment of any kind.

We don't write reviews of our own business, buy or swap reviews, or ask friends, family or anyone connected to the business to review us. Every review should come from a real customer describing their own visit.

We don't ask customers to change or remove a review, and we don't report genuine reviews because they are negative. We only report a review to the platform if we believe it breaks that platform's rules, for example if it isn't from a customer or includes someone's personal details.

Our homepage shows a selection of recent reviews from Trustpilot, copied word for word with the reviewer's name and the month they were posted. They are a selection, not every review.

The TrustScore and review count shown are taken from Trustpilot and updated by hand, so they can briefly lag behind the live figures. Every review, including any lower ratings, can be read on our Trustpilot profile.

You are free to say so in a review. We read every review, and if something went wrong at your visit we would also like to hear from you directly, so we can put it right.
